We are happy to announce we are growing again!
We will be launching our new Web 2.0 website later this summer, as well as our distribution platform which will allow filmmakers to sell on three different online platforms, rent to stream, download to Ipod, and download to DVD.

We will also be announcing our Official Selections for FirstGlance Film Fest Philly 12 later this month and Opening our Call for Entries For FirstGlance Film Fest Hollywood on August 10th!!

FirstGlance Hollywood Film Fest Thanks you!!
We would like to thank the filmmakers, attendees, volunteers and sponsors for our most successful FirstGlance Hollywood event in our history!
With multiple sellout shows and great audiences all weekend long, we broke attendance records as well as had our most successful online contest with thousands of people viewing 25 short films!

We appreciate the support of indie filmmakers, for making our festivals possible and we hope to see you all in upcoming events.

We handed out 30 awards over the weekend to our Official Selections and will be announcing the BEST of the Fest and the highest rated films in each category as voted by the audience on our website.

Here is a little press from our event from our How to Be screenings, starring Robert Pattinson.

We are currently calling for entries for our Short and Feature Script Competitions and look forward to having the opportunity to read some amazing scripts, both in the short and feature contests.

We are one of the most well-respected screenplay competitions, and one of the only totally "GREEN" events with over 200 Reams of paper saved over the past three years.

We are looking forward to a big announcement about our 12th annual FirstGlance Film Fest Philly. Philadelphia's Independent Film Festival since 1996!

Plans for our Fall Online Short Contest will begin around September 15th
And our Philadelphia Event is scheduled for October 22-25th 2009
